I don't pretend to be some sort of vampire expert for I am no vampire myself. Neither do I know one personally. I don't mind to admit : all my information regard to this subject is second-hand. Isn't this considered the way of learning? We gather the information (mostly second-hand) and use our judgment to form our beliefs. I believe in the existence of vampires. There have been fair amount of established researches done on this topic. I will provide you links to get these information. Make your own judgement.

Everything You Need to Know About Vampires
Literature can be the best way to reflect a real life. We certainly do not need to live in one's life to learn from one. Since we do not have much option to choose our nature, we can observe others through literature at least. Real or not- the entertainment value is undeniable.
